The portraits of Fall 2021

The second year of SAIT’s journalism program is an intensive one. Students in the photojournalism major are introduced to advanced concepts in everything from workflow to documentary video production to capturing publication-ready portraits on location.

This gallery features the portrait efforts of the photojournalism majors in the Fall 2021 semester. As you’ll see, the students rose to the occasion, shooting a superb collection of photos featuring well-lit subjects – including, at times, themselves – in a range of places in and around Calgary.
