Cake Logistics: Details from some of chef Rose Warden’s cake sketches in one of the SAIT baking labs on Tuesday, Oct. 25, 2016. The sketches offer a brief glimpse into the amount of detail that went into creating the monumental SAIT100 cake. Warden led a team of over 70 volunteers in designing, baking and assembling the seven-foot-tall, 14-tiered cake.
