Sisters for Justice: Protesters at the Sisters in Spirit (SIS) March and Vigil on Stephen Avenue in Calgary on Tuesday, Oct. 4, 2016. SIS’s purpose is to raise awareness of missing and murdered Aboriginal women across Canada, and to inspire social change. SIS has organized a vigil once a year on Oct. 4 since 2005.
