Parking Problems: Ralph Green, 89, awaits a ride to the Foothills Medical Centre (FMC), in order to visit his wife on Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2017.
With the current FMC construction, Green requires to be dropped off at the hospital, as he cannot walk a great distance, and the far-away parking lot options are not physically realistic for a handicapped visitor.
