Canadian playwright Sharon Pollock’s play, Blow Wind High Water, premiers at Theatre Calgary (TC) Sept. 5 to Sept. 30, 2017. TC approached Pollock to write a play about the floods of 2013 and it was her first to debut at TC since Walsh which was in 1973.

Since opening night changes have been made by Director Simon Mallett to improve the play, but accepting change is a strong component of the significance of the play itself.
“It may be a different play,” said Barbara Brook who works at TC.
